Refurbishment:

We can also offer a full billiard table refurbishment service, from full staining and finished with high gloss and new quality rubber cushions, quality English net pockets, Italian leather pockets, chrome or brass pocket holders, as well as chrome or brass adjustable feet and finished in the highest quality English felt in your choice of 16 different colours.

Re-Clothing:

Affordable Billiards also provides a service whereby we re-cloth your existing pool tables to really make them look as new. This prompt service can be conducted on a table of any size. No Job is too big or too small. No matter what your budget, we can bring your pool table back to life.

Re-clothing is a skill, to re-cloth correctly, patience and attention to detail is crucial. A poorly done re-clothing job can completely ruin an otherwise excellent table. During the re-clothing process whilst the table is dismantled we suggest other repairs that need doing be attended to. A prior visual inspection service is offered and detailed quotes provided.

Removals:

Any size table can be moved from one location to another including interstate locations. Generally larger tables are dismantled as much as possible for ease of transportation. More difficult access needs to be assessed beforehand eg. Stairs, low ceilings and lift access, and other accessibility issues.

Storage:

Affordable Billiard tables refund and delivery policies and charges:

No refunds on purchases, however, credit notes are available to the value of your purchase. Also, exchange is available. A Service fee applies when Affordable Billiards has had a billiards table removalble booked in and a fee of $95 applies for the cancelation of the job. However, if our delivery person arrived at the customer address a minium fee of $190 applies to Sydney Metro area, and also a chargeable rate of $132 per hour including GST for waiting or travel time. If your items is defective a replacment item will be issued.

Home deliveries of pool tables ,hockey tables ,table tennis tables and any other bulky products,a maximum time of 5 minutes is allowed to deliver the product in the door. The delivery personell are not required to carry the products up stairs or deliver to hard to get to areas,or into areas with hard access,including lifts. You can arrange with your sales person ,the delivery of the goods up stairs or into lits or difficult to deliver to areas ,and your sales person can quote you the extra charges to deliver the goods to presicely where you want your goods delivered. There is a waiting time charge of $132.00 including GST per hour,and a minimum charge of $60.00 per set of 10 stairs or a fee of $132.00 per hour will be charged per hour ,after the first 5 minuts has passed,and a minumum of $45.00 will be charged for each 15 minute incriment,or part there of.Please note ,if your delivery is not a straight forward job , please inform your sales person and explain any difficult access problems as well as stairs if any and you will be quoted accordingly. Failure to inform Affordable Billiards of difficult access ,or stairs etc will result in delivery to ground level only and an extra charge will apply to deliver your product up stairs if you dont live on the ground floor. All above fees and charges apply after the  first 5 minutes from taking your product off the truck.If you have any questions or concerns ,please ask your sales person,and we will be happy to resolve and concerns and quote you the appropriate charges.
