Most of the time they are. Unfortunately at certain times some variations of the product may not be available. We will inform you of this ASAP. A refund is offered at this time as well. .

Do you offer a transportation and/or installation service?

We do not offer this service..

We can ship anywhere our couriers go in Australia. That means pretty much everywhere except a few remote islands. The courier will only deliver to a ground floor location though. For more information check out our shipping page..

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes less then 2 weeks including the tables as well. We strive to process orders even faster then this, but as the products can be oddly shaped we can not guarantee anything faster..

Do you buy or sell second-hand tables?

We are strictly an online business and we do not buy or sell second hand tables because of the shipping cost involved..

How are prices so much cheaper then competitors?

A.

Our strategy is to sell high quantities of stock at low margins. We have tonnes of products in stock at any one time and we pass these bulk savings to the customer. Also as we are strictly an online business our overheads are extremely low compared to a brick and mortar service..

Where are you based? Can I pick-up or come have a look?

Our office is based in NSW on the south coast however we have 3 distribution centres in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Unfortunately these are not open to the public for any reason..

How much assembly is required for pool tables?

A.

For a below average handyman it takes 2-3 hours to assemble. Full instructions are provided with the product and its no harder than a normal flat-pack product. Please see our assembly overview page which has more information and pictures to help. Please click here. .
